I paid for the DVD collection the Wonder Years TV series from DVD Pearl and paid for the express 7 day delivery option. The website stated that the goods are in stock and will ship as a priority. It has been 6 weeks and the owner [email protected] continues to evade sending any form of shipping notification, even though she stated they had shipped 5 weeks ago. KImberly Weis from dvdpearl.com is now saying that the goods have not shipped yet and she will refund my credit card if I will advise the last four digits of my credit card and accept a 9% merchant fee for using a credit card. I know that banks only charge 0.9 - 1.4%. I doubt I will even get any refund as she keeps coming back with new requests. DVD pearl, dvdpearl.com, [email protected] and Kimberly Weis are totally dodgy and should be avoided, they are charlatans!
