Tried to cancel the subscription with the free trial on multiple occasions by both phone and email.
Never got an email reply.
Phone just rings out with the occasional ‘all our operators are currently busy, please continue to hold’ pre recorded message. Been on hold for 5-10 mins before, never got through
They keep taking money. Am having to get the bank to block them or change card numbers
Will be reporting them everywhere possibly if I cannot get a refund
