I received a boxed set of DVDs which I did not order. There was no invoice or indication of an order. I did not order this and thought it was a gift from a friend. When I saw my account with my credit company, I noticed the unauthorized charge. Please help me recover my loss. I have cancelled the card. I believe my card number was used at the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird as I do not carry the card with me. I used my card to make an on-line reservation.
