I ordered free trial samples and agreed to pay shipping. I did not agree to anything else. I called back two hours later to cancel the order. I talked to Jennie and she said it was too late to cancel the order. She than charged me $49.95 for the supposed free sample. I tried to call back 3 times and was hung up on. I sent back the unused portion of the product with a letter requesting my money back because it did not work. On 4/28 I was charged $75.94. I have not received any response to this letter.
