I just found out that this company took $14.97 off my debit card 3 times. on May 1, 8, & 14th. This company tried on April 14th & 16th and it was decline due to insufficient funds. I did not know about this until 5/22/14. I did not authorize this company to deduct anything from my debit card.My card has been cancelled because of this, This is the first month that i left any of my social security money on my debit card. When I tried to use my card on the 15th of May is when my card was declined. I came home and called Direct Express to find out balance and check my financial transactions is when i find out this company had took my money. I live on a fixed income and I need my money. Ill do what I need to do to get my $45 back.. I am hoping that you can help me...Please... I'm thanking you in advance.
