Carmen Risiglione & In2Rekovery Foundation purport to be interested in recovery from the disease of addiction, but in fact they use recovery as a front for their rental real estate operations, taking advantage of drug addicts and alcoholics by taking their money ostensibly for a stay in a "sober living room".
But there is zero 12 step influence in their homes, and they are in the business purely to get rich. They rent to people who are not in recovery, but are interested in a cheap flop, and may in fact be antagonistic to people who are in recovery from addiction.
They flagrantly violate California Landlord-Tenant law.
This is a scam operation which should be avoided by anyone who is truly interested in a sober living environment and atmosphere.
