They are fraudulent company don't buy from them . I bought a ring from them and waited 2 months for a reason as to why it didn't trn up . Finally got a response saying that ring was no longer available and they gave me a replacement one that looked nothing like my original choice and was hideous. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund me however I've now been waiting 5 months for my refund. I've emailed at least 8 times asking where it is and I keep getting the same pathetic excuses about them having technical issues. Totally fraudulent! Don't buy through Branndsfever!!!
