Ok, so I did not lose anything (yet) to them... but the story is:
I found their website, and on it, was written that I can get a free phone call for assessment and to know if I can be eligible to immigrate to Canada, so I went for it...
The guy on the phone went further and asked for my credit card FULL information, I explained to him that I still want to think about it and I will consider paying later, but he insisted and told me it is only a routine procedure, so I gave him my blank credit card number (just in case)... AND I WAS RIGHT...

They started sending me emails that I need to pay them some thousand-dollar something for their "Free call, general advising thing"... until this date where they sent me a (sort of) threat that if I don't pay them, they will take legal action!

So I'm not sure what they will do, but I cannot pay them and people need to watch out from this thing!
