I ordered their free trial for skin care day and night serum. I paid for that, then cancelled a week later, on April 17. They told me I owed $39.00 for the serum since I cancelled. They offered a $39.00 discount monthly offer. I declined. They took at the $39 they said I owed for the free trial, and then took out another $39.97 and $45.00 (plus change)in two weeks time, from May 1 to May 16. I called today and they said I had agreed to the monthly discount price of $39 and had not cancelled. I get a small salary once a month from a school, I work in the kitchen, and my bank account has $17 in it now, thanks to them taking out over $124 in two weeks time. I vehemently denied ordering more, and they refuse to reimburse me. I have never deal with such a lousy company.
