Julia Lin was point of contact for the company. Initially she was very responsive and I felt at ease with the transaction. First mistake was them sending the shipment via ChinaPost instead of FedEx. Tracking number was provided, which allowed me to see if through the system. However, when box arrived, it was bubble wrap. The box should have been rather large. Now all communication from Julia Lin has ceased. Product was never received. Complete fraud.
