i so say done a survey back in february and they phoned me last week to say they was sending this membership pack out as away of saying thank you for doing said survey and that included a £10.voucher for petrol or diesel as a goodwill gift to keep for taking part in survey,the pack they sent me today said i could cancel membership on line.but you cant get hold of anybody customer 4590350
