I was offered a free sample of the eye cream and face serum for only cost of postage and then I find on my bank statement the have taken £176.70 off me without my permission
. I would never agree to pay this amount of money for a cream so I know they have tricked me as there was nothing to say I would have to pay this so in my eyes it's fraud if it's not clear, how can they say its a free sample then charge you.
