I paid $39.99 pounds for unlocking of my iPhone4 locked to Softbank Japan and the estimated wait time is 5-15 working days. I request for couple of updates from them through the Support tab in their website but it's not really sending those message and will just post on that page. I am certain that it's not a message that they will receive and I expect that they will not answer. And yes, they don't. I posted on their facebook page for follow up and they deleted it asking me not to post there and just use the support page in their site. They then sent me an email on the 18th working day saying that my phone is BLOCKED and they cannot refund me. I used a separate website to check my phone and it is clean and not really BLOCKED. I sent couple more request to them asking if they can unlock another iphone for me but never responded.

I, together with all the people complaining about this company can only hope that someone can shed a light to this case of ours and still hoping to get our money back.
