Elaine Marshall Corruption. Recently, Elaine Marshall was advised that her supervisor Beverly Champion has been investigated by the Capital Police for Assaulting a subordinate. This employee requested a meeting with Ms. Marshall to inform her of the corruption standing with the Secretary of State Notary Enforcement Unit. Ms. Marshall denied the meeting and has ultimately ignored the fact that corruption is once again running through her agency.

The Secretary of State has its history of scandals. Now it appears that she has become a role player in this coverup. It should also be noted that

Elaine is North Carolina’s Secretary of State. She made history by being the first woman elected to statewide executive office in 1997, when she defeated legendary NASCAR driver Richard Petty.
