So I am fuming mad. Furmansky is a terrible person and he is a big scammer - as well as his architectural consulting firm "Blue Square Group Construction".
Stay away from this company at all costs because they have a fake office, fake phone number. Even though they look all fancy and are located in downtown Chicago - it is all smoke and mirrors!
I have lost 1350 on "consulting services" that I will never get back.
