Received a message from someone who said they were from the IRS telling me there has been a deficiency with my taxes and to call 202-241-1366 to get it resolved. When I called that number they guy who answered by the name of David and asked me if I had the phone number to my lawyer so he could call them to discuss the delinquency problem. When I started asking him questions, he got very rude. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he said "no" and hung up on me.
