So I was on Netflix and a customer service survey came up and asked me to ask a few questions and I would receive a fre gift. Upon completion of the survey I had a couple options but have heard a lot about this miricle pill garinia cambogia I thought why not. So the site specifically said I would only have to pay for shipping of 3.99 so I entered the necessary information and received a confirmation email saying I'd recieve my product in 5 days needless to say that it never arrived and I woke up this morning and found another charge of 99.99 from this same company that I know 100% I never authorized. I've tried emailing them with no response. Please help.
