I saw this website on the Internet and took a look. It was interesting so I decided to register. It asks you in which price would you like to bid. I chose the $99.00 range. More bang for the buck. I was doing this at work and found out that the website is prohibited at work. I checked my bank account and I was charged $99.00. I was under the impression it was free to register. I didn't see a telephone number or email address as to where I can get my money back.

  • Hello,

Chris here from the Customer Relations team. Always here to help!

Like you mentioned, we request you to choose the bidpack you would like to buy and this is an upfront charge required to pay. We also show you an invoice after that.

However, since you were not aware about this you can always mail us at support[at]dealfun.com and we would be glad to assist you. We have a very pro-consumer policy and I'm sure you would be very happy with the response received.

We take pride in our customer service levels. Our team is available around the clock and we are always here to help. Customer satisfaction is our main goal, and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy.

    Most Sincerely.
