We fell for the free airline tickets to anywhere in the continental U.S. Promo. It was a complete scam. We also fell for the sales pitch. Purchased the membership at the entry level of $4000 plus registration fees and first year annual dues. We have yet to cash in on the supposed benefits. Unable to book the on-week luxury condo rental to which we are supposedly entitled. We get constant emails for the hot weeks, but these are mostly at substandard timeshares that have already bitten the dust. Never did receive the promos. Filed a complaint with the NY State Attorney General and did manage to get back the fees we initially paid for the "free" airline tickets. Despite the written information on the airline certificate, they only would fly holders out of large cities, not "any" international airport. The nearest airport for which we might have been able to fly out of was more than 250 miles away. The "fees" began to mount up to almost the cost of the airline ticket.

The condo weeks are not the "average " price that is listed writing in the contract. The entire episode has been a scam.
