Ordered a simple wedding dress for a very informal marriage at the Justice of the Peace. After waiting three weeks, I received it but it didn't quite fit and was much dressier than the one I saw on the internet. I've talked to two customer service reps (the first did not know English) and the one that did, told me to send an email through the website. I had already sent two e-mails to IZIDress Customer Service but he claimed that they had NOT received any emails from me. I still have the two e-mails I sent saved for future reference. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AND PLAN TO KEEP CALLING TO GET SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS, AT LEAST A PARTIAL REFUND. At this point I'm out 150.00 at a time I need every penny to pay bills.
