I Called ratchet Infotech, and one of their representative who sounds like Indian Shit. pik my call I thought i am calling HP, he asked for remote access to my PC to fix my Printer problem i allow him access, but he steal all my information and crash my PC, and asked for $250, he was rude and unprofessional with me, he was trying to act like a HP Representative but actually he was not, i asked for his Name that who are, some he said that he is Vicky and Later he said he is Ricky , he was trying to get all my personal information , than i contact Some one locally in my area got my PC repair in $120, Ratchet Infotech is a Scam company.
