I purchased a product called datapilot from this company. After downloading it I un-zipped it then installed it. After that I opened the program and my computer says error. No specific error just error and shuts the program down. So i contact datapilot twice and both times they never got back to me at all. Completely ignored me. I contacted them to get a refund because obviously their program doesn't work and they have no customer service. Still have not gotten back to me. Can you please help me? I either want a program that works so I may get the photos off my old phone or I'd like my money back. Either way they are not responding to me at all.
