I signed up for a free trial on this website https://www.garcinium.com/v2/en/?Affid=16&s1=300773&s2=713472574&s3=&s4=&s5=6822042 on 26th April, 2014 when I was charged $5.99aud for a months supply which they promise would arrive within 5days.
I have not only not received anything from them to date, but also discovered they have charged me $109.99aud for the second months supply which I have obviously already cancelled. This continuation of these charges are in very small writing which got me trapped into the great deal I thought I was getting, and believed it was truly a months trial for $5.99 under no pressure to buy the product in the future.
I attempted to contact their customer service line but I am not even able to leave a message as it says their inbox is full?
Awful experience, awful catch, a lot of $ taken of my account, and with no product whatsoever sent to me yet.
