I was charged after a free trial on 2 products. I successfully received a refund as they are only using legal mumbo jumbo to confuse people. If anyone wants to get a refund simply refer to an ACH refund from your bank and they will either refund it themselves or your bank will withdraw the funds from them no questions asked as it is fraudulent activity.
