I received a letter in the mail informing us that we owed an outstanding balance to our UPS account. I contacted UPS and we did owe them money which we paid immediately and now our account is clear. But I keep getting telephone calls from this same group advising of an outstanding balance due UPS. They leave no call back number so I can't seem to talk to someone to let them know to call UPS about our account.
