I ordered the DVD and when it arrived the files were "corrupt". I sent an email to the company and did not hear from them, I sent 2 more emails and in my final message I told them that I wanted a refund or new DVD or I would be filing lawsuit. In less then 1 hour I got a reply. They told me they had problems with the DVD maker (obviously done on their computer at home)and they would send a new DVD. I gave them a 2nd chance. I got the new DVD and it worked fine. However the links in the PDF files are unclickable. The website for the company is "dead" but they do have a you tube channel at https://www.youtube.com/user/freeenergyforhome So if anyone wants to try contacting them that way.
