I ordered a product from 100bestbuy.com and paid for the product online. After one month of ordering the product it was not shipped even after that. After one month an executive from the company called and said the product is not available in the stock so we need to cancel the order and the amount will be returned in terms of credit points which will be 100% usable( I have recorded the phone call).
But when I am using the credit points they are not fully usable and I need to pay more money in order to purchase any item. In the website it is written that the product will be shipped in 6-8 days but even after one month it was not shipped.
