International boundaries
Bought trainers from this website. They emailed me and said they were out of stock and I chose another pair. They didn't have these in my size. This happened four times. They said if I got a refund it would incur a 15 percent deduction due to tax. I said this was not an option and untrue. They then 'returned' my money through payitrust.com which I have since learned is fraudulent. Avoid at all costs. I'm really angry any advice on how to take this further would be great.
