This company trading under all different names apparently-

I went and got a FREE sample of garcinia wonder from them and all I had to pay for was shipping ($4.95) gave my cred card details etc. Then said yes to terms and conditions clicked go... Received te free trial- wished to take it any further...

Now 6 months later they have taken $98 put of my bank account and from a company named fitness clubhouse.com
When I went back to terms they state blah blah all about this "membership scam" then place phone numbers to call about the enquiry but NONE of them work! None! So how am I suppose to cancel membership- anyways then I went to fitness clubhouse website and there was a NZ number so I called that with no answer just a voice mail- I let it go to the beep and hung up- then from wherever - a lady calls me saying my name and my details and that I had left a message- I didn't say a word! She then tells me to go look up term and conditions, they have taken my money and send the product out- even though I don't live in that home anymore and they never asked for an update or confirmation etc.. I had never ever heard from them since I got he free trial! Then when I asked to speak to a manager she simply said "no" and hung up on me!!!! So basically if I hadn't have called the bank to ask about where the money was going to I wouldn't have even known what this was because the numbers don't work in terms from garcinia wonder.com.
I have since cancelled my card and sent them an email saying cancel my stupid unwilling membership but now i have lost $98 to these scammers! And so rude!

This means that every 30 days you will be shipped a new 1 month supply of Garcinia Wonder and the low monthly fee will be charged. This is a reoccurring order that will take place each month until you choose to cancel the program. You agree by submitting your information for membership to Garcinia Wonder that the Company's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the initial and monthly fees, regardless of extenuating circumstances. If you have any concern regarding the products or services, trials included, or other fees charged, you must elect to not order from this website. By ordering from this website you certify that you have been notified of this limitation of liability and agree with it.

If at any time you are unsatisfied with the products or service provided, it is your responsibility to notify Company to allow Company to rectify any problems or cancel your auto-ship program.
