Called in for help on my Hotmail.com email, thinking I was calling Microsoft. "which they of course were happy to allow me to think that!

The MSN Live hotmail was asking for the security code had been changed on my account or to send me another one to verify if it was me BUT the account is so old that the original phone number I used to set up the account is no longer used.

so I get to this Ratchet infotech THEY have complete access to my email, all my secret questions, phone numbers everything in my hotmail account! Then they tried to get me to allow them access to my computer through logmein -- still using the misrepresentation that they were Microsoft -- I got worried and asked for a supervisor and the phone representative #51 stated to mimic me, be very indignant, state he was the manager and if I didn't like his service I could hag up. He said that someone in Nigeria had my email and was using it -- then told me my private accounting information and said he could fix it for $100.00 not my computer and financial information is haywire. I have tried cleaning, reporting, reloading and the hacked my computer with the intent to have me believe they were Microsoft or an authorized Microsoft partner to get access to my financials
