I purchased 5 pairs of shoes and when I was directed to an external website to make the payment I got suspicious. The payment went through but after going to the "contact us" section and realizing there is no phone number or address I started to panic. I sent an email and received a response asking for my order number but nothing since and after finding this website I am really upset. I'm now going through the hassle of canceling my credit card and trying to get my money back. There needs to be a way to shut these people down. I'm sticking with Amazon from now on.
