kelvin johnson said he needed $560 for rent money in poland where he was doing a pipelaying job. sent him $516, had to pay fees for western union. sent to tijan jallow city of warsaw, poland 01-029 his friend. worked for capital oil. now he says he owes company fees of $3500. he gets a check for $25,000 from company they cant take fees out of his check. says he lives in maine. address apt 13, cole hill apts, 155 west main street, waldoboro, maine 04572
