They were advertising a free sample of anti ageing cream I paid postage & packaging... Got my free sample which is not even open. They billed my bank account with an amount of £71.20.. I contacted my bank who informed me of who had taken the amount.. I contacted the company directly. I was told by the man at the other end of the phone. He said that it said in the terms & conditions that I had 14 days to cancel my account. I never seen a 14 days cancellation. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor he said that they were not taking calls.. He offered me £30 back... I was not happy about that..
