I am trying to contact ran ban online and I am having no joy. I have tried to send them an email and their web page will not accept my email address. But funnily enough I am registered in their data be and I can log in the website

On the 4 th of April I placed an order with you for three pairs of sun glasses.


After placing my order, and giving my credit card details, I decided that I was NOT going ahead with the order, therefore I did NOT confirm payment with SSL Creditpay.

I have checked with my bank and they have confirmed that PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN.

I received yesterday (to my surprise) Two Pairs of Aviator Tech Sunglasses Black Frame and one pair wayfarer sunglasses brown/tortoise from China.

As the package was addressed to me at my office, my secretary signed for it. Once I opened the package I have seen that, first of all it contained items that do not coincide with my original order (that I did not confirm) and secondly, NO invoice has been included.
