Ordered 2 x tickets for Real Madrid v Valencia 4 May 2014, tickets never arrived at our hotel in Spain. (Paid £2500.00 to get to Spain and hotel, my son's 18th birthday present).
Telephoned them and emailed and no reply, a real upset. I will never use again of course!!
