I bought 2 ticket for the Barcelona - Real Madrid, Copa del Rey final game in Valencia. I ordered the tickets on the EasySportTickets website, but the order was processed by Servtickets.com. The sites have the same customer support.
I chose pretty pricey tickets - right behind the goal. But on the game day, when I picked the tickets in my hotel, I discovered that they send me tickets to the upper stand in the corner. When I called the support, first, they told me they're sorry and that's not their fault, but supplier's. Then something changed and they started to try to convince me that I've got even better tickets, than I originally ordered. They told me that I was upgraded. The lie was so obvious and shameless...
I was furious, but there's nothing I could do few hours before the game.
So I paid 400EUR for a sit which was too much far from the field. I barely could see numbers on players backs.
EasySportTickets.com and Servtickets.com are frauds. Never buy from them!
