I ordered five (5) laptops and they gave me the tracking number through DHL and when I check trying to track my package its not in the system.They later told me that the china customs detained my package as I don't have an import licence and I need to pay a tax fee of USD $1450 for the china customs to release my package or if not china customs will claim my goods as they suspect as smuggling.Can some one help me out with this company whether they are genuine suppliers or not.
