I ordered 'free trial' of these items and paid postage. When the items were delivered there was no invoice and no information enclosed. I had a letter from my bank stating I was overdrawn. Since checking with my bank 184pounds was withdrawn from my account. I phoned RVTL and to cut a LONG story short I have been promised a refund of 80pounds. Watch this space. As I am a pensioner, I think the ethics (what ethics) of this company is despicable.
