I live on the east coast and placed an order with GoldSilver.com on 4/16/14. I mailed the balance of my payment on 4/17/14. 10% was placed on a credit card. On 4/24/14 I got an email from GoldSilver to say they hadn't received my check. I wasn't too concerned b/c as I live on east coast and the company is on the west coast.
The company canceled my oder on 4/29/14 stating they hadn't received my payment after I sent them an email on 4/28/14 to let them know my payment was mailed on 4/17/14 and the delay was probably due to the fact the mail was coming from east coast to west coast.
This company refuse to reverse the 10% downpayment that was charged to my credit. Now I will go through dispute process with credit card company b/c I don't have extra money to give away to a company for nothing.
