Tried to purchase a product, gave them the credit card details, got a receipt but nothing else. Wrote numerous emails which were ignored, no refund, no product, no acknowledgment. the money was taken from my account. Because it is an international transaction its not worth the bank chase to get the bank to recoup the amount....uurrgh.
