On three seperate occations, I tried to view items on the internet and ASK-BIDOUBIDS flashed this survey on my screen and I could not close it down so I did the survey to get rid of them. I am not aware of agreeing to any terms but I did agree to pay $3,00 to receive a free gift. Now on each of those dates I have a charge on my credit card. The dates are: 1. 24 Mar 2014 $66.60; 2. 24 Apr 2014 $66.48 and 28 April 2014 $200.06.

I spoke with them once and they were going to refund all charges on the matter of renewing Microsoft 365. I love this program but cannot afford to renew it at this time. I did not receive the refund.

I have now asked my credit to reverse the charges that are not too old to reverse.

I must have this fixed or please tell me how to take legal action.
