This company"Corporate FIling Services Center" mail me a letter staying that I was suppose to send a payment for my annual renewal fee for my company registration.Since I knew I was due on those day to pay and it was my first time paying, I just sent a money order to their address in Miramar Florida. Just yesterday to my surprise got an email from the state registration Dep. staying that I was due $60.00 for my annual registration renewal. That is when I realize and did some research and I saw many complaints about this company.
