Troy's Florist misrepresents itself as a local florist on its website - it even has a few pictures of the inside of a flower shop and says they've been around for 30 years serving the local community. Its not true - its just a call center that takes commission off your order and doesn't convey what you want to an actual florist. I ordered an arrangement pictured on their website which was pink lillies and roses in a vase - what was delivered was a basket of mixed flowers, that had no pink, and looked nothing like the picture. I emailed customer service with pictures and they responded that they think "the arrangement is gorgeous" and was filled "over value" - basically nothing i can do.
I recommend not using this scam site - please try and find an actual local florist with a physical location and contact them directly.
