I purchased a pair of shoes from the following website http://www.ellesoppings.com and paid through my paypal acct. I received a welcome ltr (from Tim Tointon [email protected]) stating i was now registered with their store w/an email address. After not hearing anything from this place and noticing that there are 3-4 different names coming up after i paid, i sent an email twice requesting an update on my purchase and both emails came back undeliverable. I completed a form on the customer svc. page on their website and have heard nothing. I filed a complaint with paypal to get my money back but still cannot reach anyone at this so called company. After doing some google research for Tim Tointon, i found that i am not the only person who has been ripped-off by this place. Yes, I should have done my research BEFORE and have learned my lesson, but i do hope you are able to do something about these nasty people. I have also filed a complaint with the FBI internet fraud.
