Complaint 318026 Details

I made the mistake of ordering a "sample" of this company's tooth whitening product. The web
site advertised this for a fee of $1.03...but
somehow I ended up with 2 charges for $1.03 plus
two charges for $3.87! Received two Kits. There was no place on the site to "edit" your order.
I'm not too computer savvy so I just let it go.
One week after the original order, I received
call from my credit card company asking if a
charge for $94.31 was legitimate! I immediately called Smile Pro and they said it
was for Auto-shipping, which I cancelled! the
original charges were on 3-21/22, the additional charges were on 3-28/30 (one week
after my original order for a "free" trial.)
My credit card statement arrived and now there
is an additional charge of $92.13! I called
their Customer Service Team (888-779-0506)
and was told the charges were for the product
I received and could not be reversed! I asked
to speak to a supervisor..guess what? none were available! I blame myself, in part, for
not checking to see if the company had a his-
tory of complaints...never again! I can only
hope someone reads this and realizes that this
company has totally unscrupulous and mis-leading business practices. Another case of
"Buyer Beware"!!!
