I bought perfume from Deal. The last day of redemption was on 18th April. As I had chicken pox earlier, I only managed to go down to the redemption centre on the last day. However, the centre was closed earlier than what it stated in the website. For the next 2 days, I tried calling but no one picked up. I tried sending 3 emails to their customer relations, also no reply. I have not only wasted that sum of money, but also my time and parking fees!
