Scammed after told I could cancel wife didn't want it within 15 min spoke to supervisor who said they would refund no package that I supposedly purchase no itinerary no calls to say hadn't used vacations and that fees would be added. I got a courtesy call way to friggin late for it to be courteous and just rude rep and then hung up still lots of pressure due to late fees and penalties they say they will keep adding on can't protect myself from renewals and other fees this really sucks. Can't believe u get away with this with all the complaint I'm going to attorney general asap
