Lexington Law had sent me emails stating services terminated due to non sufficient funds. I was out of work. On 3/31/14, my account was charged for December 2013 payment. Supposed to have been 99.99 a month. Unfortunately, I was charged 99.99, 19.95 plus the overdraft charge of 35.00. Services were terminated in January, 2014. Lexington Law took it upon themselves to charge my account. These charges were without my concent. I had already spoken with them about this same behavior in February but it doesn't matter to them. They are going to get paid by keeping your banking information on file.
