I called to cancel. They talked me into another tobacco flavor and extended my trial. I still wanted to cancel. Called them and the person I spoke with would not shut up trying to sell me more of what they were offering. I told him over and over again I was not interested in anything they had to offer and to cancel my membership. He still would not shut up. I finally hung up on him and immediately cancelled my credit/debit card at my bank. I did not trust them to not charge me further. I checked my email and had RMA and a cancellation confirmation. The cancellation email also stated: This email is to confirm your cancellation of your Electronic Cigarettes Membership. Your cancel reference code is ______.
