Smile Pro Solutions placed an advertisement online offering free trial with no cost implication. I applied for the product, entering my card details to cover postage costs only. I have since (02/13/2014) had my credit card account debited 200 GBP (Stering)without my authorisation.
I wish to receive a full explanation for this error and be fully reimbursed for all costs incurred at.the earliest opportunity.
